Eight Arms To Hold You

Daegu, South Korea.

I met some friends for one of my favorite Korean nomz, makchang (grilled intestines!), but of course we were still hungry.  So we ordered up some baby octopi coated in red pepper paste (jjukkumi).

It wasn’t my favorite dish ever, but I’d eat it again.  (The heads kind of explode in your mouth, if you’re into that sort of thing.)
